Deleting your account
You can delete your Rountine account and all of your data yourself, in a few seconds. You don’t need the app installed.
How to do it
- Sign in at app.rountine.com — in a browser, on your phone too. The button above takes you straight to deletion.
- In Settings → Profile choose “Delete account…”.
- Confirm with your password, or by signing in again with Google if your account is connected to it.
In the Android app: Profile → “Delete account” opens the same flow in the browser.
What gets deleted
At once and for good: the account (e-mail address, password, Google connection), your profile and settings, every planner entry (tasks, events, notes, sleep, workouts, day reports), meals, products and meal plans, shopping lists, finances and Portfel including receipts and attachments, projects and the AI feature history.
Access to Google Calendar is revoked. Events in your Google Calendar itself stay untouched.
What stays for a while
Database backups are overwritten in their normal cycle — until then the data may be in them, but it is not used or restored.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
You can keep the account and delete selected data yourself, in the app or on app.rountine.com:
- single entries: tasks, events, notes, day reports, sleep, workouts, weight measurements, meals in the food log (with their photos), meals and products, items and lists in Groceries, expenses and other Wallet entries — with the “Delete” button next to the entry;
- the Google Calendar connection — in Settings with “Disconnect”: access is revoked and the tokens are deleted.
Deleted entries are gone at once and for good. To delete other data, e.g. your whole AI feature history or all entries of one kind, write to kontakt@rountine.com from the address your account uses — we will do it within 30 days. Backups are overwritten in their normal cycle, as with account deletion.
